Terms and Conditions for Hiring an Argentina Parilla Grill

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") outline the terms of hiring an Argentina Parilla Grill (the "Grill") from Wilderness Kitchens (the "Company") by the hirer (the "Client"). By entering into this Agreement, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Reservation and Deposit:
a. The Client must make a reservation for the Grill in advance by contacting the Company. Reservations are subject to availability.
b. A deposit, as determined by the Company, is required to secure the reservation. The deposit will be refunded to the Client upon satisfactory return of the Grill in the agreed condition, including proper cleaning.

Rental Period:
a. The rental period begins on the agreed start date and time and ends on the agreed return date and time.
b. The Client must return the Grill promptly on or before the agreed return date and time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Condition of the Grill:
a. The Grill will be provided to the Client in good working condition.
b. The Client must inspect the Grill upon receipt and notify the Company immediately of any damage or issues.
c. The Client agrees to return the Grill in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. The Client will be responsible for any damage, loss, excessive cleaning required, or deduction from the deposit.

Use of the Grill:
a. The Client will use the Grill for its intended purpose only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. The Client agrees to operate the Grill safely and responsibly and follow all instructions provided by the Company.
c. The Client will not modify or alter the Grill without prior written consent from the Company.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
a. The Client is responsible for cleaning the Grill after use, including removing any grease, food debris, and charcoal residue.
b. If the Grill is returned in a dirty or unclean condition, the Company may charge a cleaning fee at its discretion, which will be deducted from the deposit.
c. The Company will provide guidelines on how to properly clean the Grill.

Liability and Indemnification:
a. The Client assumes all liability for the use of the Grill during the rental period.
b. The Company will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from the Client's use of the Grill.
c. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, costs, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use or misuse of the Grill.

Cancellation and Refunds:
a. The Client may cancel the reservation, subject to the Company's cancellation policy. The deposit may be partially or fully refunded based on the timing of the cancellation.

Termination:
a. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and reclaim the Grill if the Client breaches any terms and conditions outlined herein.
b. In the event of termination, the Client must immediately return the Grill to the Company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina.
b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms during the rental period. The Client further acknowledges that the £100 deposit will be returned on inspection of the Grill, taking into account proper cleaning as a condition of satisfactory return.
