Delivery details
We offer free delivery and collection services to all BS and BA postcodes. If you reside outside these areas, please get in touch with us via email before placing your order to discuss the delivery feasibility.
The grill will be delivered to your location on Friday, anytime between 8am and 4pm. Collection will take place on the following Monday, between 8am and 12pm.
In case you won't be available during the delivery, kindly provide specific instructions on where you would like the grill to be placed. Please note that due to its weight and structure, the grill cannot be maneuvered up or down steps, over grass, gravel, etc. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the placement, feel free to send us an email.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of £100 is required either at the time of placing your order or after you have placed your order. Please note: Your date reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Once we collect the grill and ensure its condition, the deposit will be promptly refunded to you.
Cleaning
To facilitate a smooth collection process, we kindly request that you clean the grill before it's picked up. We will send you detailed cleaning instructions via email prior to the event, guiding you on the best practices.
Cancellation
We understand that plans may change, and that's why we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the event. If you cancel within this 48-hour window, your deposit will not be refunded.
